How to make Keto omelette with mascarpone and blueberries

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the cream and half of the erythritol, then stir together.

  2. 2. Melt the butter in a medium pan, then pour in the egg mass and after 2-3 minutes turn the omelette over.

  3. 3. Transfer the cooked omelette to a plate, then spread it evenly with mascarpone mixed with the remaining erythritol. Then decorate the omelette with nuts and berries.
