How to make Salmon patties with salad

  1. 1. Wash the salmon, pat it dry with a paper towel, and dice it into pieces about 1cm in size.

  2. 2. Finely chop the dill and dice the onion. Grate the cheese.

  3. 3. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients: fish, cheese, egg, onion, dill, and seasonings.

  4. 4. Using a spoon, form small patties and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. The patties may not seem firm, but they will solidify as the cheese melts when baked.

  5. 5. Bake the patties at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.

  6. 6. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and dice the red bell pepper.

  7. 7. Lay the rocket on a plate, and top with the tomatoes and red bell pepper. Drizzle the salad with a dressing made from olive oil and mustard.

  8. 8. Serve the salmon patties with the salad.
