  • Tomatoes cherry2× handful (200 g)
  • Burrata cheese1× package (125 g)
  • Courgette4× slice (120 g)
  • Whole-Grain Pasta1× portion (100 g)
  • Olive oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Garlic3× clove (15 g)
  • Basil, fresh1× leaf (3 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Roast chicken with pasta, tomatoes, courgette and burrata

  1. 1. Wash and dice the chicken. Thinly slice the garlic. Cut the cocktail tomatoes in half. Dice the courgette.

  2. 2. Stir the chicken together with the tomatoes, courgette, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a casserole dish. Bake for 30 min. in an oven pre-heated to 180C.

  3. 3. Meanwhile, boil the pasta according to the instructions on the pack.

  4. 4. Once the tomatoes and chicken are cooked, put the pasta in the dish too and mix everything thoroughly. Put in the oven for another 5 min.

  5. 5. Remove it, then place the shredded pieces of burrata on top and garnish with freshly ground pepper and basil leaves.
