  • Nectarine1× piece (115 g)
  • White bread2× slice of bread (70 g)
  • Ham, Parma4× slice (60 g)
  • Olive oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Balsamic vinegar3 ml
  • Thyme, dried, ground1× pinch (2 g)

How to make Toast with Parma ham, burrata and tomato

  1. 1. Wash the nectarine, cut it in half, remove the stone and slice thinly.

  2. 2. Heat a normal or grill pan well. Drizzle the slices of bread with olive oil, then fry on both sides until crisp.

  3. 3. Arrange the burrata on the fried bread, place the ham and nectarine slices on top. Sprinkle with thyme and drench in balsamic vinegar.
