How to make Omelette with ham, cheddar cheese and asparagus

  1. 1. Rinse the asparagus and cut or tear off the tough ends. Boil in salted water.

  2. 2. Dice the ham. Chop up the chives Grate the cheddar.

  3. 3. Mix the eggs thoroughly with the salt, pepper, chives and ham.

  4. 4. Heat the oil in a pan and pour in the egg mass. Fry the omelette on both sides.
