  • Tomatoes cherry5× piece (100 g)
  • Feta cheese5× slice (100 g)
  • Strawberries1× handful (70 g)
  • Lettuce10× leaf (50 g)
  • Balsamic vinegar1× tablespoon (15 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Asparagus, strawberry and feta salad

  1. 1. Wash the asparagus and cut off the tough ends. Boil it in salted water then drain it. If possible, boil the asparagus vertically, so that the heads are above water. They are more delicate than the stems, and the steam is enough to cook them.

  2. 2. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut them into quarters.

  3. 3. Wash the cocktail tomatoes then cut them in half.

  4. 4. Finely dice the feta.

  5. 5. Arrange the lamb’s lettuce in the bottom of a bowl. Put the sliced and cooked asparagus, strawberries, tomatoes and feta into the bowl. Mix together all the ingredients.

  6. 6. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
