How to make Anabolic Tuna and Avo Salad

  1. 1. Drain tin of tuna

  2. 2. Slice avo in half, use one half of the avo and while it's still in skin cut into cubes.

  3. 3. Put drained tuna and scrape cubed avo into into bowl and mix with 2 tbs of mayo and add some freshly ground black pepper and mix till all is mixed well

  4. 4. Can eat it as is or on some bread of your choice. Enjoy :)
