How to make Anabolic Scrambled Eggs and Toast

  1. 1. Warm your pan on stove or gas top. While pan is heating you can slice up your mushrooms

  2. 2. Once pan is hot, take 3 tbs of butter and coat your pan. Take off the heat so the butter doesn't burn

  3. 3. Put sliced mushrooms into pan and let it cook add 3 tsp of crush garlic - cook till mushrooms are of colour

  4. 4. When mushrooms reach your desire, take off heat and beat your 3 eggs and mix with garlic mushrooms in pan

  5. 5. Cook your scrambled eggs as how you like them. Toast your bread while it's cooking

  6. 6. Butter your toasted bread and put cheese on top of it. And dish your scrambled eggs.
