How to make Baked oatmeal brownie with raspberries

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C.

  2. 2. Heat the plant drink together with the cocoa, cinnamon, erythritol and peanut butter until almost boiling.

  3. 3. Pour the oatflakes into oven-proof ramekins, then pour over the plant drink with the extras.

  4. 4. Add the chopped chocolate and raspberries on top.

  5. 5. Bake for around 20-25 min.
