How to make Fit baked cheese doughnuts

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C.

  2. 2. Put the curd cheese, eggs, erythritol and salt in a bowl, then blend them into a smooth mass with a food processor or blender.

  3. 3. Add the baking powder and flour to the prepared cheese mix. Knead it into a smooth, soft dough, then form a long roll and cut off pieces of uniform size.

  4. 4. Shape them into balls and arrange them spaced out in a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  5. 5. Bake for 20-25 min. Once baked, sprinkle them with icing sugar.
