  • Ricotta3.5× portion (105 g)
  • Yogurt, greek style, plain4× tablespoon (100 g)
  • Blueberries2× handful (100 g)
  • Water3× teaspoon (15 ml)
  • Erythritol1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Gelatine1× teaspoon (4 g)

How to make Ricotta dessert with fruit

  1. 1. Mix together the cheese, yoghurt and erythritol.

  2. 2. Pour water over the gelatine and set it aside until swells. Then melt it in a water bath and let it cool slightly before adding it to the mixture and stirring in thoroughly.

  3. 3. Transfer the mixture to a small glass or bowl.

  4. 4. Place in the fridge for around 2 hours until it sets.

  5. 5. Garnish the top with blueberries.
