  • Olive oil6× tablespoon (60 g)

  • Chilli powder2 g

How to make Roasted Brussels sprouts with cheese sauce

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 200C.

  2. 2. Boil the sprouts in salted water for 9 min. After that time dry them thoroughly with paper towels (this is important so that they have a crispy texture later).

  3. 3. Mix the boiled sprouts with the olive oil and seasoning. Place in a baking tray and roast for approx. 15-20 min. After that time, stir and roast for another 10 min.

  4. 4. Heat the cheese spread, cheese and oregano in a pan on a low heat while stirring, or melt it in a water bath.

  5. 5. Dip the sprouts in the cheese sauce as you eat them.
