How to make Egg on tomatoes with mushrooms and rocket

  1. 1. Finely chop the garlic, then fry it in oil

  2. 2. Wash the tomato and mushrooms. Dice the tomato, then half and slice the mushrooms.

  3. 3. Add the mushrooms to the pan with the garlic and fry. Once they lose some volume, add the tomatoes and fry for around 5 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper

  4. 4. Break the egg into the tomatoes, cover and stew until the egg sets but the yolk is still liquid.

  5. 5. Arrange the washed rocket on a plate, and place the egg on tomatoes on top.
