How to make Omelette with courgette and sweetcorn

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add the yoghurt and stir

  2. 2. Grate the courgette into strips, add it to the eggs

  3. 3. Add the sweetcorn. Mix everything thoroughly

  4. 4. Pour the resulting mass into a dry, heated non-stick pan
