  • Cod1.5× piece (150 g)
  • Onion3× slice (30 g)
  • Brown rice2× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Lentils red split dried2× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Allspice, ground1× pinch (2 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)

How to make Megadarra with baked fish and Brussels sprouts

  1. 1. Chop the onion, then glaze it in heated oil

  2. 2. Add the lentils, rice and seasoning (allspice, pepper, salt)

  3. 3. Add water, cover and simmer until all the ingredients are soft. Add more water if necessary

  4. 4. Dust the fish fillets with chilli and rub with the pressed garlic. Wrap it in cooking foil and place in a pre-heated oven (180C) for 20 minutes.

  5. 5. Serve the lentils and rice with the fish and boiled or steamed sprouts
