How to make Chicken bigos with potatoes

  1. 1. Chop the onions, then glaze them on heated oil.

  2. 2. Finely dice the meat and season it with pepper and Provençal herbs. Pour boiling water over and let boil.

  3. 3. Chop up the cabbage and add to the onion. Add water and stew on a low heat.

  4. 4. Blanch, peel and chop the tomatoes, then add them along with the concentrate and cooked meat to the cabbage.

  5. 5. Season with the marjoram and laurel leaf. Stew for another quarter of an hour.

  6. 6. Serve with boiled potatoes.
