How to make Cheese, pepper and courgette frittata

  1. 1. Chop the pepper, courgette and onion, and fry for a while on heated oil.

  2. 2. Mix the cheese and eggs thoroughly into an even mass. Add the fried vegetables and season with Provençal herbs, salt and pepper.

  3. 3. Pour the whole into a small casserole dish.

  4. 4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C for around half an hour.
