  • Buckwheat3× tablespoon (36 g)
  • Natural yoghurt3× teaspoon (36 g)
  • Celery15 g
  • Oil1× teaspoon (5 g)

  • Dill, fresh1× teaspoon (3 g)

How to make Fish and carrot shashliks with groats

  1. 1. Chop the fish fillet into pieces

  2. 2. Peel and slice the celery and carrot. Add vegetables and pieces of fish alternately onto the skewers

  3. 3. Season the shashliks with salt and pepper. Place in an oven pre-heated to 180C for 25 minutes

  4. 4. Mix the chopped garlic and dill with the yoghurt. Season with pepper

  5. 5. Pour the yoghurt sauce over the cooked shashliks and serve with the boiled groats
