  • Carrot2× piece (100 g)
  • Natural yoghurt2× tablespoon (50 g)
  • Celery45 g
  • Millet groats2× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Lemon1× slice (10 g)
  • Oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Mixed spices4 g
  • Parsley, fresh2× leaf (2 g)

How to make Mashed potatoes and groats with chicken and salad

  1. 1. Boil the groats and potatoes, then mix them together and add the yoghurt. Stir and mash thoroughly

  2. 2. Dice the meat and season it with chilli, pepper and curry powder. Pour boiling water over and let boil

  3. 3. Transfer the potato, groats and meat to a plate and serve with the salad.

  4. 4. Celery and carrot salad

  5. 5. Peel and finely grate the carrot and celery

  6. 6. Add the lemon juice, oil and chopped parsley

  7. 7. Season to taste and mix thoroughly
