  • Cauliflower, fresh or frozen3× floret (150 g)
  • Tomato6× slice (120 g)
  • Chicken breast, without skin100 g
  • Natural yoghurt2× tablespoon (50 g)
  • Buckwheat3× tablespoon (36 g)
  • Garlic2× clove (10 g)
  • Olive oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Mixed spices2 g

How to make Curried cauliflower with groats and boiled chicken

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chopped garlic in it

  2. 2. Blanch and peel the tomatoes, slice and add to the garlic. Stew for around 5 minutes

  3. 3. Divide the cauliflower into smaller pieces and add them to the pan

  4. 4. Season with the curry powder and coriander and stew for a few more minutes

  5. 5. Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and sprinkle with Provençal herbs, salt, pepper and chilli powder, then pour over boiling water and boil (you can also steam the meat)

  6. 6. Mix the curry powder with the yoghurt and pour it over the cauliflower

  7. 7. Serve with the boiled groats and chicken
