  • Cod1× piece (100 g)
  • Barley pearl5× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Sweet pepper2× slice (60 g)
  • Mushrooms common2× piece (40 g)
  • Ham2× slice (40 g)
  • Onion3× slice (30 g)
  • Oil1× teaspoon (5 g)

How to make Fish shashliks with groats and broccoli

  1. 1. Cut the fillet and ham into pieces (approx. 2 x 2 cm)

  2. 2. Chop the mushrooms and pepper into large pieces

  3. 3. Slice the onion into discs

  4. 4. Add all the ingredients in turn on to skewers and drizzle with oil

  5. 5. Place in an oven preheated to 180C (with a grill option if possible) and roast until the shashliks turn brown

  6. 6. Serve with the boiled groats and broccoli
