  • Broccoli green, fresh or frozen2× floret (100 g)
  • Chicken breast, without skin70 g
  • Whole-Grain Pasta5× tablespoon (50 g)
  • Onion3× slice (30 g)
  • Lemon2× slice (20 g)
  • Olive oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Salt1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Provencal herbs2× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Pasta salad with chicken and broccoli

  1. 1. Dust the chicken with Provençal herbs, pepper and salt, and put it in boiling water. Boil for around 10 minutes

  2. 2. Divide the broccoli into smaller pieces and boil or steam it

  3. 3. Mix the chopped tomato, onion, boiled chicken and broccoli together in a bowl

  4. 4. Season to taste then pour on the sauce

  5. 5. Vinaigrette herb sauce

  6. 6. Add lemon juice and Provençal herbs to the olive oil

  7. 7. Mix thoroughly
