  • Pickled cabbage90 g
  • Full-fat curd cheese2× slice (60 g)
  • Onion3× slice (30 g)
  • Brown rice2× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Oil3× teaspoon (15 g)
  • Natural yoghurt1× teaspoon (12 g)
  • Sugar, white0.5× teaspoon (2.5 g)
  • Mixed spices2 g
  • Parsley, fresh1× leaf (1 g)

How to make Chicken breast stuffed with curd cheese, rice and salad

  1. 1. Mix the cheese and yoghurt thoroughly along with the salt, pepper and chilli

  2. 2. Coat the meat with oil, place the filling on top and roll it up. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.

  3. 3. Place in a pre-heated oven (180C) and roast for around 15 minutes.

  4. 4. Serve with boiled rice and salad

  5. 5. Pickled cabbage salad

  6. 6. Slice the cabbage and onion

  7. 7. Add the sugar and oil

  8. 8. Mix together and sprinkle with parsley.
