How to make Fish in dill and mustard sauce with Brussels sprouts and groats

  1. 1. Chop the dill and place half on the salted fish fillet (the other half is needed for the sauce)

  2. 2. Wrap the fish in aluminium foil and steam it. The sprouts can also be steamed or boiled.

  3. 3. Mix the remaining dill, yoghurt and mustard together in a bowl, season to taste if necessary

  4. 4. Lay the fish and sprouts on the plate and pour over the prepared sauce. Serve with the boiled groats
