  • Natural yoghurt5× teaspoon (60 g)
  • Eggs chicken1× portion (60 g)
  • Wholemeal tortilla wrap1× slice (40 g)
  • Lettuce5× leaf (25 g)
  • Garlic5× clove (25 g)
  • Dill, fresh3× teaspoon (9 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)

How to make Asparagus, egg and smoked salmon wrap

  1. 1. Finely chop the garlic and dill, then mix in with the yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2. Hard boil the eggs. Wash the asparagus spears, cut off the hard ends and grill in a pan.

  3. 3. Place the tortilla in a heated grill pan, spread yoghurt sauce over the entire surface and start to arrange the lamb’s lettuce, asparagus, tomato halves, smoked salmon pieces and boiled egg quarters in the centre.

  4. 4. Fold the bottom of the tortilla in first, then the sides. When you have done this, turn it over for a moment to brown on the other side.
