  • Tuna chunks3× tablespoon (90 g)
  • Natural yoghurt5× teaspoon (60 g)
  • Sweetcorn, canned or frozen4× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Wholemeal tortilla wrap1× slice (40 g)
  • Garlic5× clove (25 g)
  • Lettuce5× leaf (25 g)
  • Dill, fresh3× teaspoon (9 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Tuna wrap with tomatoes and sweetcorn

  1. 1. Finely chop the garlic and dill, then mix in with the yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2. Place the tortilla on a heated grill pan and start to arrange the yoghurt sauce, lamb’s lettuce, tuna, tomato halves, sliced cucumber and sweetcorn in the centre.

  3. 3. Fold the bottom of the tortilla in first, then the sides. When you have done this, turn it over for a moment to brown on the other side.

    Too many ingredients to wrap with 1 tortilla, but you can still put it together, it just won’t look as nice as in the picture. And I 5 cloves of garlic for that amount of yogurt is a bit too much. Other than that, it tastes good.
