  • Beet green100 g
  • Cream, UHT, single1× tablespoon (15 g)
  • Butter1× tablespoon (12 g)
  • Lemon1× slice (10 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Salmon with blanched beet green

  1. 1. Wash the salmon, fry it with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with lemon juice and bake in the oven ad 180C for approx. 15-20 min.

  2. 2. Rinse, dry then chop the beet leaves into small pieces.

  3. 3. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the chopped garlic, then add the beet leaves. Once the leaves soften and lose volume, add the cream and bring to the boil so that the sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4. Serve the beet leaves prepared in this way along with the salmon.
