  • Sunflower seeds1× teaspoon (10 g)

How to make Young cabbage salad with avocado, tomatoes and bacon

  1. 1. Wash the cabbage thoroughly, dry then slice into very thin strips. Place in a bowl, season with salt and knead by hand for a while until the cabbage softens.

  2. 2. Prepare the dressing from oil, mustard and lemon juice.

  3. 3. Thinly slice the bacon and fry it in a dry pan until crisp.

  4. 4. Stone and slice the avocado. Chop the onion into thin feathers.

  5. 5. Add all the previously prepared ingredients along with the dressing to the bowl with the cabbage, and mix them together.

  6. 6. Briefly roast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan and sprinkle over the prepared salad.
