How to make Asparagus in Gorgonzola sauce

  1. 1. Wash the asparagus and grill it in a pan with butter.

  2. 2. Heat the milk in a saucepan and add the Gorgonzola. Stir while heating, until the Gorgonzola melts and a rather thick sauce forms. Add pepper to taste, and salt if necessary.
