  • Broccoli green, fresh or frozen3× floret (150 g)
  • Sweet potato1× piece (130 g)
  • Salmon, smoked0.5× piece (125 g)
  • Cheese, Danish blue3× slice (60 g)
  • Dill, fresh3× teaspoon (9 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Sweet paprika2× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Baked sweet potatoes with Gorgonzola sauce and salmon

  1. 1. Wash the sweet potato very thoroughly (the skin can be scoured off with a clean brush), and cut in half lengthwise. Cut it lightly inside, season with salt, pepper and paprika, then bake in an oven pre-heated to 180C for 25-30 min.

  2. 2. Peel and finely grate the broccoli.

  3. 3. Warm the milk up on a low heat, then add the Gorgonzola and grated broccoli, then stir while heating until it melts and a rather thick sauce is formed.

  4. 4. Serve the sweet potato topped with the sauce and salmon, and garnished with chopped dill.
