How to make Sugar-free French toast with skyr and pomegranate

  1. 1. Cut the bread into slices. Whisk the eggs, egg white, milk and 1/3 of the erythritol in a deep plate. Soak the bread in the egg and milk, then fry on both sides.

  2. 2. Blend the skyr together with the remaining erythritol into a smooth mass.

  3. 3. Serve the toast along with the sweetened skyr and sprinkled with pomegranate.
