  • Chicken breast, without skin200 g
  • Tomatoes cherry2× handful (200 g)
  • Sweet potato1× piece (130 g)
  • Whole milk6× tablespoon (60 ml)
  • Natural yoghurt4× teaspoon (48 g)
  • Parsley, fresh2× tablespoon (12 g)
  • Butter1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Olive oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Salt1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Sweet paprika1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Smoked Paprika2× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Chicken breasts with mashed sweet potatoes and roasted tomatoes

  1. 1. Wash the chicken breast and slice it lengthwise into thin fillets. Chop the parsley then mix it together with the yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2. Coat each fillet with the yoghurt and parsley, and with the seasoning, and leave in the fridge for about an hour.

  3. 3. After that time, put the tomatoes in a small casserole dish, drizzle with olive oil, add a pinch of salt and pepper, then roast along with the chicken for 20-25 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 180C.

  4. 4. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes and boil them in salted water. Drain once boiled, then add milk, butter and seasoning (pepper, paprika, smoked paprika) to the pan with the sweet potatoes and mash.

  5. 5. Serve the chicken along with the mash and the roasted tomatoes.
