  • Sweet potato65 g
  • Sweet pepper2× slice (60 g)
  • Lettuce5× leaf (25 g)
  • Oil3× teaspoon (15 g)
  • Mustard, smooth1× teaspoon (10 g)
  • Lemon1× slice (10 g)
  • Alfalfa sprouts1× tablespoon (8 g)
  • Balsamic vinegar3 ml
  • Salt1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Sweet paprika2× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Baked cod with sweet potatoes and salad

  1. 1. Wash the cod fillets then dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice

  2. 2. Wash, peel and cut the sweet potato into sticks. Add sweet paprika, salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3. Bake the cod and sweet potatoes in an oven pre-heated to 180C for around 20 min.

  4. 4. Meanwhile, prepare the salad. Wash the lamb’s lettuce and arrange it on a plate, place the pepper on top, diced into medium-sized pieces, and pour on the dressing prepared from linseed oil and mustard mixed together in a glass. Place the sprouts on top, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
