  • Chicken breast, without skin200 g
  • Bone broth125 ml
  • Cream, fresh, soured8× tablespoon (120 g)

  • Potato flour2× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Olive oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Dill, fresh4× teaspoon (12 g)
  • Salt2× teaspoon (6 g)
  • Turmeric, ground3× pinch (3 g)
  • Sweet paprika1× teaspoon (3 g)

How to make Chicken in chanterelle sauce with potatoes

  1. 1. Wash, peel and boil the potatoes.

  2. 2. Wash the chicken, dry it with a paper towel and dice it. Mix it with the seasoning and oil, and place in the fridge for 3 hrs.

  3. 3. Wash and dry the chanterelles. Fry with the chopped onion.

  4. 4. Coat the chicken in flour and fry it in a separate pan.

  5. 5. Add the chanterelles and onion to the chicken, then the broth, and bring to the boil.

  6. 6. Finally add the cream and gently stir the ingredients. Boil for around 3 mins until the sauce thickens.

  7. 7. Serve with potatoes. Garnish everything with dill.
