  • Tomato concentrate2× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Potato flour2× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Marjoram, dried1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Oregano, dried, ground1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Sweet paprika1× teaspoon (3 g)

How to make Cabbage with tomatoes and bacon

  1. 1. Fry the chopped onion in olive oil.

  2. 2. Cut the leek into 4 pieces lengthwise, rinse thoroughly and chop, then add it to the pan with the onion and stir in.

  3. 3. Add the diced bacon and fry it for 10 min.

  4. 4. Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage, wash, slice and add it to the pan with the bacon, onion and leek.

  5. 5. Add the broth and seasoning, and bring to the boil.

  6. 6. Cover and boil for around 30 minutes, stirring from time to time to stop it burning.

  7. 7. Add the tinned tomatoes, tomato concentrate and boil for around 15 minutes.

  8. 8. Finally add the flour in small doses, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
