How to make Veggies with fried egg and guacamole

  1. 1. Heat the pan with coconut oil

  2. 2. Fry asparagus and slice of red pepper together with cherry tomatoes and halloumi until brown /or the way you like.

  3. 3. Break an egg into the pepper ring.

  4. 4. Season everything with salt & pepper.

  5. 5. Serve with a piece bread or not (will be more Keto though) and guacamole.
