How to make Courgette spaghetti with bolognese sauce

  1. 1. Wash and dry the courgette, then prepare spaghetti from it using a spiral sharpener or julienne peeler

  2. 2. Fry the courgette spaghetti in the oil

  3. 3. Fry the chopped garlic in olive oil in a pan, add the mince and keep frying. After a few minutes, add the finely chopped tomatoes. Season with basil, oregano and Provençal herbs. Cook for a few more minutes

  4. 4. Pour the bolognese sauce over the courgette spaghetti, then sprinkle with grated cheese
