  • Onion5× slice (50 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Garlic1.5× clove (7.5 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black2× pinch (2 g)

How to make Chicken stew with tomatoes and pasta

  1. 1. Wash the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbs olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 4 minutes on each side.

  2. 2. Reduce the heat and add 1/4 glass of water to the chicken. Stew for 15 minutes.

  3. 3. Blanch the tomato in boiling water, submerge in cold water and peel. Chop into small pieces. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Add the vegetables to the chicken. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4. Stew everything until the meat is soft. If the sauce is too thin, then remove the lid towards the end of boiling so that it can evaporate.

  5. 5. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
