How to make Salad with beetroot, rocket, goat’s cheese and walnuts

  1. 1. Chop the beetroot into pieces, season with salt and pepper, then bake for around 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C.

  2. 2. Place the rocket on a plate, then the baked beetroot in the middle of it, next the crumbled goat’s cheese and finally the pan-roasted nuts.

  3. 3. Drizzle the salad with olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
