  • Wholemeal bread2× slice of bread (70 g)
  • Tomato1.5× slice (30 g)
  • Onion1.5× slice (15 g)
  • Lettuce2× leaf (10 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Sweet paprika2× pinch (2 g)
  • Provencal herbs2× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black2× pinch (2 g)

How to make Homemade chicken burger

  1. 1. Gently beat the chicken breasts with a meat tenderiser and add your favourite seasoning (e.g. salt, sweet paprika, Provençal herbs and pepper)

  2. 2. Place in an oven preheated to 180C for 20 minutes with the grill function on

  3. 3. Divide the lettuce leaves into smaller pieces

  4. 4. Slice the tomatoes, cut the onion into strips

  5. 5. Once the chicken is ready, heat the bread in the microwave for 30 seconds, or put it in the still-warm oven for a while

  6. 6. Arrange the tomato, onion, chicken and lettuce on half of the bread. Cover with the rest of the bread
