How to make Fish on asparagus with basil butter and groats

  1. 1. Drizzle the fillet with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle the fish with lemon juice and place in an oven pre-heated to 180C, then bake until the fish is cooked inside

  2. 2. Remove the tough ends of the asparagus, then boil it under cover in lightly salted and sweetened water (approx. 10 minutes)

  3. 3. Mix the butter thoroughly with the basil

  4. 4. Lay the cooked fish on a plate, place the butter on top. Serve with the boiled groats and asparagus
