How to make Asparagus with chicken and rice

  1. 1. Remove the tough ends of the asparagus, then boil it under cover in lightly salted and sweetened water (10 minutes)

  2. 2. Rub the seasoning (chilli, pepper, salt and rosemary) into the chicken, then place it in a small amount of boiling water and boil for around 10-15 minutes

  3. 3. Pour olive oil over the asparagus, then serve it with the boiled rice and chicken
