How to make Fish baked in foil with rice and asparagus

  1. 1. Press the garlic, then mix with the olive oil, basil, salt and pepper

  2. 2. Coat the fish and asparagus in the marinade

  3. 3. Wrap the fish in aluminium foil. Place it in a pre-heated oven (200C) for around 20 minutes Unroll the foil shortly before it is ready

  4. 4. Place the asparagus in the oven for 20 minutes too, but without wrapping in foil

  5. 5. Serve the fish and asparagus with boiled rice
