  • Spinach, fresh or frozen6× handful (150 g)
  • Salmon1.25× piece (125 g)
  • Eggs chicken1× portion (60 g)
  • Parsley, fresh2× leaf (2 g)
  • Basil, fresh0.5× leaf (1.5 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Roasted fish with potatoes, egg and spinach

  1. 1. Rub the fish with pepper and basil

  2. 2. Roll the fish up in aluminium foil and place in a pre-heated oven (200C) for around 20 minutes. Unroll the foil shortly before it is ready

  3. 3. Fry the spinach in a pan, and season with pepper and salt

  4. 4. Soft boil the egg (put it in boiling water and leave it for 5 minutes without taking it off the boil)

  5. 5. Lay the cooked fish and spinach on a plate. Slice the egg in half and arrange it on top of the spinach. Serve all together with boiled potatoes

  6. 6. Sprinkle with parsley
