How to make Oven-baked fish with groats and stewed kohlrabi

  1. 1. Rub the fish with oil and season with salt, pepper and basil

  2. 2. Roll the fish up in aluminium foil and place in a pre-heated oven (200C) for around 20 minutes. Unroll the foil shortly before it is ready

  3. 3. Dice the kohlrabi and stew it in a small amount of water until soft

  4. 4. Serve the cooked fish with boiled groats and the kohlrabi sprinkled with dill
