  • Chicken breast, without skin0.5× piece (75 g)

  • Natural yoghurt1× tablespoon (25 g)
  • Garlic2× clove (10 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Provencal herbs1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Chicken, broccoli and pepper salad, bread

  1. 1. Mix the oil with the Provençal herbs and pepper. Coat the pieces of meat with it

  2. 2. Put the meat in boiling water and boil for around 10-15 minutes.

  3. 3. Divide the broccoli into smaller pieces and boil or steam it

  4. 4. Cut the peppers into strips

  5. 5. Mix the chopped garlic and pepper with the yoghurt
