  • Chicken breast, without skin70 g
  • Oats2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Cauliflower cream with oatflakes and chicken

  1. 1. Cut the chicken into small pieces, then boil

  2. 2. Wash the cauliflower, pour over boiling water, boil then blend

  3. 3. Add the milk and oil to the cream

  4. 4. Combine with the chicken and bring to the boil

  5. 5. Season with salt, pepper and garlic

  6. 6. Add instant oatflakes (if you use normal oatflakes, boil them beforehand)
