How to make Cabbage with pork balls

  1. 1. Chop the cabbage up very finely. Blanch with boiling water, bring to the boil, drain and keep the water.

  2. 2. Season the pork with salt and pepper, then mix it together with the breadcrumbs and egg. Form into walnut-sized balls.

  3. 3. Divide the cabbage into two parts. Place one half in a saucepan, arrange the meatballs tightly on top, then cover with the remaining cabbage. Pour the water from the boiled cabbage over it. Season with salt and sugar. Cover the pan and boil on a low heat until the cabbage is soft.

  4. 4. Mix the tomato concentrate together with a glass of water and pour it into the cabbage when it is nearly cooked. Stew for a few more minutes.
