  • Onion1× piece (120 g)
  • Lemon1× piece (80 g)

How to make Salmon with vegetables wrapped

  1. 1. Heat up the butter in a pan, add the sliced vegetables - first the leek, then the onion, and finally the carrot - and stew for 7 minutes.

  2. 2. Cut the salmon into small pieces, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. 3. Arrange a portion of vegetables in the middle of a piece of foil or paper, place the fish on top, sprinkle with chives and drizzle with a little olive oil. Tightly close the ends of the foil or paper.

  4. 4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 190C.
