  • Carrot2× piece (100 g)
  • Buckwheat8× tablespoon (96 g)
  • Celery1× slice (60 g)
  • Garlic2× clove (10 g)
  • Oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Rosemary, dried1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)

How to make Roast chicken with vegetables and groats

  1. 1. Grate the carrot and celery, slice the leek into discs

  2. 2. Press the garlic and mix it with the oil

  3. 3. Rub a small amount of salt, and of rosemary and pepper into the meat

  4. 4. Lay out a portion of meat and vegetables in aluminium foil. Roll it up and put it in an over heated to 200C for 25-30 minutes. Boil the groats in the meantime
